Course Description
The qualification provides learners with a broad understanding of a wide range of supply chain management concepts and promotes the development of essential workplace skills demanded by employers. The qualification is suitable for individuals already in work or looking to start their career in a range of supply chain management-related job roles, and supports progression to management level roles on completion.

The qualification can also be extended to a three year Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (MNQF Level 7).

Academic Requirements
Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum entry requirements:

  • 2 A’ Level passes (E or above)
  • 2 HSSC passes (C or above)
  • MNQF Level 4 Qualification in a related field
  • MNQF Level 4 Qualification in an unrelated field, AND successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
  • 20 years old AND completion of the 10th year of School AND 2 years of work experience in a relevant field, AND successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program

Intakes: Every two months throughout the year.

Course Assessments
All subjects will be assessed by time constrained written examinations. Some subjects will also include assignments and presentations.

Pathway
Students who complete the MAPS Diploma in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management may use it as a standalone qualification or progress onto the second year of the MAPS Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Students may also choose to progress onto an ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources or Marketing.
