Course Description
The ABE Level 4 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources (ABE-306-6) provides an introduction to an in-demand profession. The effective management of an organization’s human resources is now recognized as a critical component in the success of public and private enterprises. HR managers are needed in all organizations irrespective of size and their importance is being increasingly appreciated. The course introduces students to the academic disciplines that underlie the effective management of the human resource, and proceeds to explore the theory, practice and strategy of human resource management. The course is equivalent to the first year of a Bachelors degree.

Academic Requirements
Applicant must meet one of the following minimum entry requirements:
- 2 A’ Level passes (E or above)
- 2 HSSC passes (C or above)
- MNQF Level 4 Qualification (related field)
- MNQF Level 4 Qualification (unrelated), AND successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
- 20 years old, completion of the 10th year of School, 2 years of work experience in relevant field, AND successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program

All subjects are assessed by time constrained examinations or take home assignments that are set by ABE.
