Course Description
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) provides students with knowledge and skills in a variety of business areas and covers a range of topics. This programme prepares students for current and future leadership roles by helping them to develop analytical, decision-making, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. The graduates of BBA may find employment within a number of business-related fields, including accounting, banking, economics, finance, importing and exporting, industrial relations, and marketing or human resource management. Graduates may even elect to be self-employed and run their own businesses.
The Bachelor of Business Administration also provides a solid foundation from which students can pursue postgraduate studies in a range of business management disciplines.

Course Structure
Following are the modules of the course, however the number of core, elective and specialization module students needs to complete will depend on their previous qualifications and exemptions awarded.
Duration:
BBA top-up students can complete the programme within up to 12 months excluding the month of Ramadan each year.
Intakes: Throughout the year depending on the modules required to be undertaken – no modules offered during Ramadan.
Course Assessment
The assessment for each subject (except for the Project (Planning) and Project) in the BBA is as follows:
Students cannot pass the subject if they do not pass the exam.

Pathway
Students who complete the AIB’s BBA course may use it as a standalone professional qualification or progress on to a Master’s degree programme.
