Mr. Rasika Nayanajith Gunathilake, Lecturer of MAPS College participated in the second ACCA MENASA (Middle East, North Africa, South Asia) Learning Providers’ Conference 2012 held in Dhaka, Bangladesh from 3-4 October 2012.

The aim of the conference was to conduct workshops to enhance exam success through further improving learning support in the region by sharing exam-focused teaching and student engagement strategies. The conference also facilitated panel discussions between the delegates to share the practical experiences and explore specialized interests which further enhanced the delegates specific area of teaching.

Delegates from over 30 countries participated in this regional conference organized by ACCA- the global body for professional accountants. Mr. Gunathilake was the only official representing Maldives at the Conference.
