The jobs market today is a global market. Employees are no longer tied to staying in their own country, and employers are more and more frequently looking internationally to fill their top jobs vacancies. The Maldives is a prime example of this changing landscape, with many Maldivians now moving abroad to further their career, and organisations increasingly recruiting international staff for middle and senior management job roles here in the Maldives.

To get ahead in this new global jobs market, potential recruits must show employers they have the right skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen role. Employers are no longer satisfied with minimal qualifications; rather, they are looking for qualifications that are known to develop skills such as critical thinking and sound judgment in their graduates.

So how can you ensure not only your own employability within the global jobs market but your advancement as well? One way is to join the top quality courses at MAPS College, many of which are international courses awarded by globally recognized UK Universities and Professional Bodies.

With MAPS College, your future is in your hands and we’ll support you every step of your journey. Our qualifications will give you the skills and experience necessary to progress in your career, at the same time as being an enjoyable learning experience.
